L'SR800 è il modello più recente di Fresh Roast disponibile. Con una capacità di tostatura di 8 once, una nuova ventola e un riscaldatore ad alta capacità e resistenti, e una scheda di controllo migliorata, l'SR800 è la risposta a tutte le richieste dei torrefattori casalinghi.
Tutte le regolazioni si effettuano spingendo la manopola e ruotandola per regolare calore, ventola e tempo. Dispone inoltre di un display della temperatura in tempo reale. Una rapida rotazione della manopola verso destra mostrerà la temperatura attuale. Ci sono ora 9 livelli di regolazione del calore rispetto ai precedenti Basso, Medio e Alto. Anche la ventola ha una gamma di regolazione più ampia. Il cestello per la pula e il coperchio superiore dei precedenti tostatori SR non si adattano ai nuovi SR800 o SR540. La camera di tostatura ha un diametro molto più grande. Gli utenti possono anche modificare le impostazioni di avvio predefinite.

The new fan and heater combo gets to first crack way faster than my old roaster, and the control board actually lets me fine-tune the profile instead of just guessing. Only gripe is the chaff collector fills up quickly, so I have to empty it mid-roast on darker batches.
