100% Jamaica Blue Mountain - Roasted Coffee

The floral notes really come through in the medium roast, way smoother than the dark roasts I'm used to. I've been drinking it black every morning and it's mellow enough that I don't even want to add milk. Pricey, but worth it.

I usually drink my coffee black, so I was a little worried the medium roast would taste thin, but it's surprisingly smooth with a mellow woody thing going on underneath. The whole bag disappeared in about two weeks.

The floral notes really come through in a pour-over, and that mellow woody finish lingers without any bitterness. I've been drinking medium roasts for years and this one is noticeably smoother than anything I've bought before.
