These pull a really rich, dark shot that holds up well in a flat white. The crema is thicker than the old capsules I used, and I get a solid double without any bitterness sneaking in.

I've been making mochas with these and the chocolate doesn't bury the coffee at all, still get that deep roasted flavor coming through. The crema on top is thicker than the pods I used before, which makes my flat whites look almost cafe quality.

I usually drink my espresso black, and these pull a nice syrupy shot that holds up just as well when I make a flat white. The medium dark roast isn't bitter at all, which surprised me.
