Chemex® ChemAer™ Coffee Maker, 8 Cup

I was skeptical about the whole aerating gimmick, but watching the coffee cascade through the glass after brewing genuinely changes the texture—it's noticeably silkier on the first sip. It's become my weekend ritual, and cleanup is just as easy as my old brewer.

The two-in-one brewing and aerating setup is such a clever twist on my usual morning routine, and the 8-cup capacity easily handles my whole house. Watching the coffee cascade through the glass while it aerates makes the process feel special, and the resulting cup is noticeably smoother.

The built-in aerator genuinely changes the texture mid-brew, and the 8-cup size handles our weekend pour-overs without feeling oversized. Cleanup is just rinsing the glass, which makes the whole ritual feel effortless. This is the most fun I’ve had dialing in a cup in years.
