Sangallo Italian Craft Coffee - Roasted Coffee

Bought this on a whim for my moka pot and the crema it produces is genuinely surprising for the price. It's a proper Italian-style medium-dark roast, so expect that bold, slightly bitter finish rather than anything fruity. Already on my second bag.

The medium-dark roast pulls a really rich, syrupy shot in my espresso machine, with that dark chocolate bitterness I was hoping for. Even my husband, who usually adds cream, drank it black without complaining.

I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks now and the crema it produces in my moka pot is genuinely impressive. The dark chocolate notes come through even with a splash of milk, which isn't always the case with darker roasts.
