I was skeptical about the setup at first, but the cold drip process is genuinely simple and produces a concentrate so smooth I can drink it black without wincing. The lack of acidity is the real selling point for me—my stomach thanks me every morning.

The reusable felt filter is so much easier to clean than I expected, and the concentrate it makes is smooth enough to drink black. Since it cuts the acidity, my stomach doesn’t bother me even when I pour a second glass over ice in the afternoon.

I've made three batches now and the felt filter plus the glass carafe are the real deal—the cleanup is basically a quick rinse, and the concentrate lasts me a good two weeks in the fridge. The lack of acidity is noticeable immediately; no heartburn even when I drink it black over ice.
