Founded in 1921, Hario has been crafting the highest quality glassware and ceramics for both residential and commercial use. This ceramic coffee dripper - the Hario V60 - is a ceramic cone, pour-over brewer ideal for single cup coffee brewing. The V60 is easy to use, made in Japan and can generally brew 1-2 cups of coffee at a time.
The ceramic body holds heat beautifully, so the water temperature stays steady through the whole pour. I was worried about the size 01 being too small, but it makes a perfect single cup every morning.
The ceramic body holds heat beautifully, so my water stays at the right temperature through the whole pour. The 01 size is perfect for my morning single cup, and the spiral ridges make the coffee bed drain evenly without stalling.
The spiral ridges inside the cone really do keep the filter from sticking, and the ceramic holds heat beautifully so my first pour stays hot. I've had this size 01 for a few weeks now and it's become my favorite part of the morning.
