Hario has been crafting high quality glassware since 1921. The Hario V60 Glass Coffee Dripper is a glass cone, pour-over coffee brewer. The V60 is easy to use, made in Japan and can generally brew 1-2 cups of coffee at a time.
The spiral ridges in the glass cone really do keep the filter from sticking, so the water flows through evenly every time. I’ve brewed two cups most mornings for a few weeks now and the clean-up is just a quick rinse—no coffee oils clinging to the glass.
I was nervous about switching from my old plastic dripper, but this glass one feels so much more precise. The spiral ridges really do help the water flow evenly, and it easily makes a solid cup for two when I’m craving a bigger brew. Cleaning is a breeze since it’s just one piece.
The glass cone is beautifully thin and lets you watch the coffee bloom as you pour, which I didn't expect to enjoy so much. It's made in Japan and feels incredibly solid despite its delicate look, and brewing a single cup is quick and mess-free.
