The floral notes really come through in the medium roast, way smoother than the dark roasts I'm used to. I've been drinking it black every morning and it's mellow enough that I don't even want to add milk. Pricey, but worth it.
I usually drink my coffee black, so I was a little worried the medium roast would taste thin, but it's surprisingly smooth with a mellow woody thing going on underneath. The whole bag disappeared in about two weeks.
