Pulled a double shot with this and the crema was thick and caramel-colored, exactly what I want from an espresso. That lemon zest kick keeps it lively without turning sour, and it stays smooth even as it cools.
The butter rum note really comes through in the crema, and the lemon zest gives it a brightness that keeps the cup interesting. I've been dialing in my espresso machine and this medium roast is forgiving enough for a solid shot every morning.
