I was skeptical that a light roast this smooth could come from a portion pack, but the 2.25 oz size brews a genuinely bright, clean cup with none of the bitterness I usually get from pre-measured coffee. The packs also seal tight enough that the last one tastes as fresh as the first.
Grabbed the 36 count for the office since we go through a lot of light roast, and the 2.25 oz packs are the perfect size for our single-serve machine. Flavor's smooth and bright, though I do wish the pouches were a little easier to tear open when I'm rushing.
