I'm only three bags in and the medium roast from each origin actually tastes distinct instead of that muddy blend flavor I expected. Nothing's burnt or too dark, so I can drink it black without wincing. Six packs was a smart way to figure out which single origin I'll reorder.
I've been drinking the same medium roast for years, so trying six different single-origins in one box was a nice change. The Ethiopian one had a bright, almost fruity thing going on that I wasn't expecting, and nothing tasted over-roasted.
Six little bags, each from a different origin, and they all landed right in that medium zone I like. I brewed the Ethiopian one first and got a clean, almost tea-like cup with zero bitterness. Ordering the full-size bags now.
