The 64-ounce batch is perfect for my weekly coffee ritual—one session on Sunday and I'm set through Friday. Cleanup takes minutes since the filter and container rinse right out.
The felt filters hold up way better than I expected for how much use they get, and the iced coffee concentrate this thing produces is smooth with zero bitterness. I've brewed three batches already and it's become a permanent fixture on my counter.
I was skeptical about the felt filters doing enough work, but the cold-water extraction process here is legit—the concentrate comes out incredibly smooth and never bitter. Cleanup is a breeze since the reusable filter and container handle a full batch without any sludge sneaking through.
