100% Dark Colombian - Roasted Coffee

Switched to this from a medium roast and the extra boldness is exactly what I wanted in my morning cup. The acidity stays balanced instead of turning harsh, so it still drinks smooth black. Two weeks in and it's my new default.

I was worried a dark roast would taste burnt, but this keeps that classic Colombian balance while going bolder. It's got a heavier body and just enough acidity to stay smooth, and it's become my default morning cup.
