I’ve been using mine every morning for two weeks now, and the fact that I can brew a full cup in about a minute with zero bitterness is what sold me. The lower acidity is noticeable too—my stomach doesn’t complain like it did with my old drip machine.
The gentle air pressure method really does smooth out the coffee—no bitterness, even with beans I usually find harsh. Cleanup is just a quick rinse, so I’ve been using it every morning instead of my old drip machine.
Took about a minute flat to brew two cups this morning, and the coffee came out smooth with zero bitterness — the lower acidity is real. Only gripe is the paper filters feel a bit flimsy, but for the speed and cleanup it's hard to beat.
