Brewed a cup before bed last night and the minty aroma alone had me winding down before I even finished it. The loose leaves are so finely cut they steep quickly, and I actually slept through the night without waking once. This is my new nightly ritual.
The loose leaves are a beautiful deep green and smell wonderfully earthy, like a proper herbal tea. I’ve been brewing a cup about 30 minutes before bed and my mind finally quiets down enough to drift off. It’s become a small nightly ritual I actually look forward to.
The loose leaves are so fresh and fragrant that just opening the bag makes me feel calmer. Steeping a cup before bed has become my favorite little ritual, and I’m genuinely surprised how much it helps me unwind.
