巴西深焙 - 烘焙咖啡

Brewed this in my French press and the medium-dark roast really comes through without tasting burnt. The dry cocoa note is there from the first sip all the way to the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a Brazilian bean. Already on my second bag.

I drink this black and the dry cocoa note really comes through, no bitterness at the end like some darker roasts I've tried. It's bold enough to wake me up but smooth enough that I don't need sugar.

I usually take my coffee with milk, but this medium-dark roast is smooth enough that I've been drinking it black all week. Bold without being bitter, and it finishes clean instead of leaving that burnt aftertaste.
